Coach Ainsley
— My Story
Born and raised in Chesterton, IN, my passion for exercise began through youth sports and evolved into a deep interest in strength and conditioning during high school. After earning my Bachelors in Exercise Science with a minor in Personal Well-being from Indiana University, I gained experience training athletes and clients of all levels through internships and roles with Indiana University Strength & Conditioning, Indiana University Recreational Sports, the YMCA, NIFS, and D1 Training.
As a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and Certified Personal Trainer (NSCA-CPT), I am dedicated to continually growing in the field and empowering athletes to train with purpose, no matter their sport, goals, or abilities. My mission is to educate, inspire, and help individuals unlock their full potential through athletic-focused training.

Ainsley’s strength and conditioning philosophy is to develop athletes and clients for their specific goals or sport, focusing on performance and longevity. She emphasizes strength, speed, agility, mobility, and stabilization, while prioritizing injury minimization at every stage.
Progress is driven by consistency and a strong work ethic. Through disciplined, purpose-driven training, we help individuals move better, perform stronger, and stay healthier — unlocking their full potential, one session at a time.
BENEFITS OF PERFORMANCE TRAINING
Physical Improvements
Performance training can significantly enhance an athlete's physical capabilities. Strength training increases muscle mass and power output, while endurance training improves cardiovascular health and stamina. Agility drills enhance coordination and reaction times, crucial for sports requiring quick changes in direction.
Injury Prevention
By strengthening muscles, improving flexibility, and enhancing joint stability, performance training helps prevent injuries during competition. This includes targeting common areas of vulnerability like the knees, ankles, and shoulders.
Mental Benefits
Performance training also addresses mental aspects of sports, such as managing performance anxiety and maintaining focus during competitions. Mental performance coaching can help athletes identify and leverage their motivation, bounce back from setbacks, and build confidence.
